Before doing so, please be aware of the following: • An e-bike/scooter is capable of going much faster than you may be used to. Please start your ride with the pedal assist mode, or scooter power off or on low. Get used to the bike or scooter before you use the faster speed modes. • An e-bike, or scooter is a much heavier bike, or scooter (due to the battery and motor) so it will handle differently. Please be stable on your ride. • Please make sure you are physically capable of riding an electric bike or scooter. • I agree to wear a bicycle helmet during the test ride. In consideration of permission to TEST RIDE e-bikes or Electric Scooters, I agree to the following: • All types of biking, scootering, and physical activity involve risks, I understand and assume these risks (serious injury or death) and freely accept the responsibility associated with biking. • It is my responsibility to determine the safety of the areas where I ride. • I release and agree not to sue RG Sports LLC , its agents, members, and employees (collectively the “Releasees”) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations, and I further agree that if, despite this Waiver and Release of Liability, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify and hold harmless each of the Releasees from litigation expenses, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may result as of the result of such claim.
